At Kiwipads, every mousepad is custom-made just for you — so before your order ships, it goes through our production process first.
Production & Processing Time Because each pad is made to order, please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order is dispatched. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as it's on its way.
Delivery Estimates Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- New Zealand – 3–7 business days
- Australia – 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom – 10–20 business days
- United States – 10–20 business days
Shipping is always free — no matter where you are or how large your order is.
Order Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Delays Occasionally, production or delivery may take a little longer during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control. If there's a significant delay to your order, we'll reach out to keep you in the loop.
